Vital Infusions & Performance is locally owned and operated by Las Vegas native Mickey Guerrero APRN, FNP, ENP. She has served in the Las Vegas medical community for over 20 years, and has been an inner city ER nurse since 2004 and ER Nurse Practitioner since 2014. She is board certified in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and holds additional certificates in men’s health, women’s health, nutrition, weight loss, peptide therapy, and hydration/vitamin therapy.

I am excited to shift my focus from sick care to wellness with an emphasis on prevention and recovery. I want to help you be the healthiest version of yourself possible!
